This service is for lawful, privately operated short-term rentals and private residential properties. Houseboy does not provide hotel, resort, casino housekeeping or cleaning for hotel-operated suites.

Before you request service
Do you support same-day turnovers?
You may request one, but availability depends on the independent provider, property scope and time between checkout and check-in.
Can linen service be included?
Yes. Specify whether linens are laundered onsite, exchanged, supplied by the host or handled another way so the provider can quote correctly.
Do you inspect for guest damage?
A provider may agree to a simple visual condition check, but this is not a formal property inspection. Define any requested photos or reporting in the scope.
