Privacy notice

What we collect

Customer requests may include contact information, ZIP code, service preferences, scheduling details, job descriptions and optional photos or video. Provider applications may include contact, service, pricing, availability, licensing and insurance information.

How we use it

We use submitted information to evaluate demand, review applications, contact you, develop a proposed scope, identify potential matches, prevent misuse and improve the founding program.

Campaign attribution and analytics

We may retain the landing page, referrer and UTM campaign parameters associated with a request or application. We also use a configured analytics layer to measure request starts, submissions, contact clicks and Houseboy application activity so we can understand which outreach generates useful demand.

Home photos and video

Uploaded home media is private operational material. It is not placed on public profiles. We intend to share it only with staff and potential providers involved in your request, after appropriate notice or approval.

Retention and deletion

We retain launch submissions while they remain useful for the requested follow-up, safety, recordkeeping and program evaluation. You may request correction or deletion using the contact method supplied in our follow-up.

What not to upload

Do not include faces, children, identity documents, financial information, medications, keys, access codes, alarm panels, valuables or unrelated private material.

Changes

This launch-stage notice will be expanded before payments, automated matching or public provider accounts are introduced.
